This kind is the most expensive one. The grade 101AAA has completely open mouth and very light color. The grade 101AA has a light yellow and white color. The size is about 22mm. about 90% of the dried figs in this grade are open mouth figs. The grade 101A has yellow and white color. The size is about 14-22mm.
Dried Close Mouth Fig
The figs in this category have two grades. Grade AA has yellow, white and light brown colors. The size is around 22mm. Grade A has yellow, white and light brown colors, most of the figs in this grade are close mouth. Grade B has brown and gray color and its size is around 14mm. closed mouth dried figs belong to this grade have brown and gray color and the size of them is about 14mm.
Pressed Fig
this product is available in Grade A and Grade B. to provide this figs, wet figs are pressed by special machinery. They are available in 200, 250 and 400 gms packs.
